About Gateway at Grings Hill:
The Gateway at Grings Hill is a 75-acre approved commercial development located in Cumru Township, Berks County, at the Mohnton (Grings Hill Road) exit of the U.S. Route 222 bypass.

Through much perseverance and cooperation from local government and state Senator Mike O'Pake, TedCar Properties is happy to announce that Phase I of The Gateway at Grings Hill commenced construction in the Spring of 2010.

When the U.S. Route 222 bypass was constructed several years ago, it was designated as a limited access highway. While the bypass has significant regional benefits, Cumru Township lost a large number of businesses as a result. The Gateway project will provide the taxpayers of Cumru Township and Governor Mifflin School District some relief: Phase I will consist of a 21,000 square foot medical facility for The Reading Hospital Medical Group as well as a 100-room hotel. At full build out, this commercial development will include approximately 300,000 square feet of retail space, creating over 700 jobs.
